The Jesstopian Presidency is relatively young, so major details surrounding the office are still be worked out, but for the most part, Congress has set the limits on what the President can and can not do. The President Of The United States Of Jesstopia is the head of state of the United States Of Jesstopia. Not everyone can become president, and not everyone can even run for office.

What are the requirements to becoming the Next President of the United States Of Jesstopia?

The following lists all of the current(as of today) requirements to becoming President Of The United States Of Jesstopia. To become president you must:

•  Be 35 years of age

• Be a natural-born citizen of the United States Of Jesstopia

• Be a permanent citizen of one of the 13 States for at least 5 years(at the time of filing your candidacy

• File a Federal Candidacy Form(Form VTE-1047: Candidacy Filing Form)

• File All Required Documentation, Proof Of Residency, Proof Of Birth, Proof Of Citizenship And Proof Of Income. 

• File A Presidential Campaign Committee Or Assigned Campaign Management Team(Usually the Presidency Requires the PCC over the ACM.)

• Must not be a dual-citizen

• Be A Registered Voter Of The State Of Residence
